How do I help an event attendee access their badge in the app?
- Make sure the attendee is on the event home page in the app.
- Press the Profile button in the top right corner.
- Press the My Badge button in the menu options that appear.
- The attendee's digital badge should appear and display the following:
How do I scan an attendee's badge?
- Press the Profile button in the top right corner of the home page or the More button in the tab bar.
- Press the Leads button in the menu that appears.
- Press Scan Badge.
- Use the QR code scanner that appears to scan the attendee's digital badge.
