Adding New Administrators
There is no limit to the number of Administrators that you can have in the admin console.
Below are two ways to add admin depending on if they already exist or not.
Directions if the person already exist in Access Control:
- Go to Access Control
- Search for the person based on their email
- If they exist then continue to follow these steps
- If they do not exist then follow the steps below
- Click on their name
- Check the ‘Is Administrator’ box
- Click ‘Save’
- Then you will send them the link to the admin console, and they will click ‘ Forgot your password’ to create a password to the console.
Directions if the person does not exist in Access Control:
- Go to Access Control
- Search for the person based on their email
- If they exist then follow the steps above
- If they do not exist then continue to follow these steps
- Click the ‘+’ sign
- Check the ‘Is Administrator’ box
- Add their First Name, Last Name, and Email
- Click ‘Save’
- Then you will send them the link to the admin console, and they will click ‘ Forgot your password’ to create a password to the console.
To reset your password or create a new password, follow these steps:
- Click the 'Sign In' button in the top right corner of the 'Home' page
- Enter your email address and click 'Next'
- Click the 'Forgot your Password?' link
- Click 'Send Reset Password Code'. This will email you a code and display the 'Reset Your Password' page.
- Open your email program, find the message from welcome@mobileup.io and find the verification code.
- On the 'Reset Your Password' page, enter the verification code and a new password and click 'Save Password'. This will update your password and complete your sign-in.
How to find the link to your admin console:
- Go to Settings tab
- Under the 'Clients' tab, you will find the Administrators' URL.
